    got my oci today , took exactly 2 months from bls halifax walk-in submitted - April 19, Granted - June 3rd counter delivery to bld - June 17th dispatched - 18th received - 19th Thank you everyone. on a side note , me and my friend applied on same date at halifax , but he got around june 5th
