    IRCC Rejected Payment And Now I'm Locked Out?

    I tried paying for my post graduate work permit and it rejected my payment, I tried twice and now in the "Continue an application you haven't submitted" section there's nothing underneath action. Please help me, I also don't know how to get the call centre to get me to an agent.
