one who applies for PR can apply for Visitor visa only:) Both are processed by different departments and does not effect the processing of either application. :)

You can submit your passport any where u want Sheen..I talked to VFS Guy today..address on my passport is of calcutta but i will be submitting it to VFS Delhi tomorrow..VFS gives you option of tracking the passport , also u can ask them to courier your passport at desired address else u can...

I have my flight tomorrow to India..Will be submitting my passport as soon as i reach there :)
