    I submitted my application on the 12th of February and going through my application I discovered I added just a city without adding the country in IMM5562. The same city and country was also entered country in the form for a different trip. Should I be worried?

My surname after marriage is in official documents except on my degree certificate which bears my maiden surname. Should I answer this question with a yes now since the certificate is part of what I am submitting?

    You mentioned you in the OP that IRCC requested a corrected copy of IMM 5406. I just wanted to know in the main application, Generic form for Canada IMM 0008, if you added your deceased father as your mom's dependant.
