I applied for the extension on Jan 27 and received my approval today—new work permit valid until 18-08-2022!- ofranz

it was just for a par time babysitting gig—family was nice enough to sponsor a visa so I could stay in the country while I wait on my PR. Back then I thought I’d have my PR by now after applying in Oct 2019- ofranz

Just applied for the new PGWP extension under the new public policy! My PGWP expired in August 2020. I'm currently working with a closed work permit which will expire August 2021. Just spoke with an agent at IRCC to confirm that I could get this extension while holding a valid closed work...- ofranz
