    BIL: July 31 Biometrics: completed on August 1 Med: completed on August 1, then again an update on August 7 Tracker shows: Med & Bio completed, Background in progress, Eligibility not started (is it a glitch or has they really not started yet?) Also, how do you know your VOs?
