In my case, I actually received the biometrics request for PR the day after I gave biometrics for work permit. So I had to do it again. They scan your biometrics instruction letter at the appointment and your application is updated automatically. If you get biometrics done for PR i'm not sure...

Hi, I had the same thing happening to me. Basically, if you get biometrics for work permit first, they don't accept it for PR application and you will have to do it again. But if you get biometrics for PR you can uses the same for the work permit and only do it once.

There are people who got P1 mid December and are only receiving their P2 now. You just got P1 a week ago, so you might still have to wait a little bit for P2

I could link the PR card application as soon as I could download eCOPR. I received COPR on January 25th btw and today it showed that they had mailed it.

It's mailed automatically to the address that you provided on the portal. You can link your PR card application on GCKey and it will update there once they mail it

I also have pretty much the same timeline. I think the COPR always expires at the same time as the medical exam, but you probably just received it around the time of the first portal email. The letter you got about meeting the eligibility requirements is the AIP. it doesn't actually say...

I received the same email yesterday, and today there's a COPR number on the tracker. Might be same for you since we pretty much have the same timeline so far
