Does anyone know if Pearson airport offers translators for parents landing 1st time and cannot speak English?

Got an update on my Online Status tracker for Oath on Dec 18 but dint receive any Email notification. Is this normal? if so, when can we anticipate the Email invite/instructions?

This information would have already been detailed as part of the Family Information form. Why would they ask again? Even if they did, isnt it safe to also submit a legal govt issued ID? I know in India they used to issue Ration Card which had all the family member details. Just a thought, dont...
