    Thank you, My concern is Transcript and Degree does not mention that Language of Instruction was English. I think IRCC would know since there will be University name in the Degree. I just want to make sure before I submit my application.

    Which proof was submited to prove relationship between Sponsor and Applicant ? They specifically mentioned in the Officer notes that relationship was missing thats why they rejected your application. Check to confirm if Proof was submitted.

    Did you confirm with consultant that they answered yes in the online application apart from LOE ? During the application there is question if there was any refusal. If you answer yes then you need to put previous application number.
