Yes, I declared 4-5 months for my Spousal TRV, our Spousal PR was underway and we had not received an AOR for it at the time of the application for the TRV. TRV was successful nonetheless.

Did you provide a letter of explanation along with your application as to why you had a large sum of money routed to your account not very long before your application? Because that could have made all the difference I'm afraid. I'm pretty sure the IRCC has made it clear that large sums of money...

Personally, I don't find the tracker to be very reliable. They send you important email updates about your applications, I'd just wait for those instead. The processing time for Spousal TRVs still seems to be roughly 30 days based on my experience.

I thought one of the reasons the new spousal TRV measures were introduced were specifically to mitigate this issue of "you won't leave Canada"?????
