I applied for the visa on August 26,2016 and now it's been more than 3 fu**ing months and I still haven't received any decision regarding my visa application. I don't know what they are doing with it

All the application from Pakistan (temporary residence applications) are processed in Abu Dhabi. However, if you're applying for PR then your application will be processed in London

talha their are many online sites that order GCMS notes on your behalf e.g caipsnotes.com and gcmsnotes.com etc. Just google it and you will find it all. But I think you should ask your father to ask some of his friends or colleagues to order the notes for you if they have Canadian citizenship...
