When you say record is removed, does it mean that the case is deleted from CCTNS? And will writing a letter to the SHO/IIC and SP, enable them to action on deleting the case?

Okay, so basically whatever the Police sends, the external ministry prints. Got it. I actually thought that the passport seva team also has access to CCTNS. Brother, in my situation, the case was dismissed 14 years ago, after being informed by the court, the police did not update the system...

I have come across multiple answers on this forum. For some the old acquitted cases were mentioned, and for you it wasn’t. It’s a little confusing, but maybe different state police have different rules around this. May I know what State of India are you from?

Is PCC required when submitting a work permit application through Intra Company Transfer? My application was processed by my workplace’s immigration team, so I don’t know if they submitted a PCC or not.

I understand that I must declare it while filling Statutory details while filing for PR, but what to do now. I am already here on Work Permit.

So they don't have to update IRCC of anything now? Instead will do when filling their PR application after ITA?

Okay. Thanks for clarity. It is quite surprising whatsoever. But, do they have to inform IRCC now of this new information that they have received? Since they are in Canada on Work Permit, and had answered NO in the section where they ask about criminal charges?
