Confusing but the counterfoil # represents the 'IMMIGRANT VISA' sticker that the consulate puts on the passport after the submission. I would definitely rely on the cic website update and demand to see the passport from your agent.

Hi Guys In the PPR request from cic, it says to provide the height and eye color. Howeverm the VFS webform says, dont include anything other than passport, photos and the letter. Has anyone else faced a similar situation. Where do you provide the height and eye color?
