Im March 2020 applicant and my files was transferred to VO. I didnt get AOR2, but ECAS status changed from Received to In process. After 1 day, I received Medical request. This is fitst time medic request. Do you guys think after Medical, I will get PPR within week or so or will it take time...

Is it first medical request or remedical? Also please share your timeline and PA country?

If no AOR2. Does ECAS gets a line that stated we started processing your application on this date?

Is there any big age difference or any ither point which you think taking longer. Your file should be in London by now, but there must be something going on. Have your MP to keep getting an updates from IRCC.
