Okay, Thanks for your reply. I haven't gotten PPR yet tho, I don't stay in Lagos, wanted to know from those that have much idea about it, if it's necessary for me to submit it in person at the VAC so, maybe I can just drop it with a family member here in Lagos. Just finished my medicals.
