planning to apply under self employed category. I wanted to understand how much time it is taking these days. Govt portal mentions 35 months. Does in reality it takes that longer or basis the application it can happen earlier as well. And what are the rejection chances.

Hello there I’m from Ahmedabad (india). Is there any one who has applied as film director ? I’ve diploma in electrical engineering but I’m making films from last 5 years. Could any one help me out here as I don’t have any film degree/diploma/certificate. Thanks in advance
