what is the eCas online is it the On-line Services sir?because in dis website, it only indicates, change your mailing address, contact us, but it says here that if I have an application in process, you must tell CIC if you change your addres...anyway I think our papers is not in process yet...

What am i supposed to do if there was an error mailing address made by the cic in our ECA.
