Yes, the photo will be on the IRCC copy of COPR and not the client copy. You can reprint the photos and take them with you in my case, they used the photo on the COPR.

I was asked the same for landing interview eventhough I submitted photos for COPR. Also the COPR was affixed with a photo. So I took another set to landing interview after checking with the customer service when they said it's better to take it when asked and to avoid unnecessary delays...
