Just to confirm, I can submit for an express entry application (and hopefully get an invitation to apply) and get medical and other checks done. But I have to wait till my current COPR expires before I submit a new PR application or I cant even submit an express entry application?

Hello, I live outside Canada and recently received my COPR. However, due to some reason I won't be able to travel to Canada for the landing procedure (the one that everyone has to go through to actually get the PR). I know that the COPR can not be extended. So, I am thinking of reapplying again...

Did you also mention your ECA in the form? If you didn't, that's probably the reason why the message said you are ineligible and everything is blank.
