Thanks Psalm91. I truly hope this works out for the better. I really feel used but I love him and do not want to have him deported, but, do not want to be on the hook for him either. This is so stressful and embarrassing, don't even want my family to know.

"But if you have kids together you are non-conditional permanent resident " Does this mean having kids before the Oct new ruling or if I deliver in March and he has left, can I get his PR revoked.

Does anyone know what happens if after spouse lands and get PR and then leaves you before the 2 year imposed living together rule.

If you sent and paid for OWP with your application it will be sent to you in the mail after AIP
