    Maybe many 2023 applicants already entered security screening and got stuck there. Meanwhile, many 2024 applicants may have benefited from the one-time 2026–2028 initiative, where IRCC is trying to transition up to 115,000 protected persons to PR faster and reduce the backlog.

    Do you have representative? Make sure your all answers matches what you submit on you PR application. Like state and city you want to settle. Did you try "Number of Applicant = 1" ?

    i answered “No” because I am applying for PR as a Protected Person, and the application already requires me to submit my NOD, which clearly shows that I made a refugee claim in Canada. To me, that seemed like common sense.
