I am facing the same problem... My mother has 5 years multiple visit visa.. applied October 25, 2018 ( before one month) still no reply from cic. I tried to call and send email but no response. Now it is time to return back. No idea what to do now.

Thanks for your reply.. Yes my wife attained panel doctor approved by IRCC. The issue is, my wife is pregnant couldn't complete X-ray but completed all others . Do you think it might be a problem ?
