    You can create a tracker account for the minor too using the application number on the AOR.

    If you have successfully received AOR from IRCC for your application for both you and your minor, then the minor does not need to write the test. Applications are locked in at the age on the day of application.

    The AOR is usually from Sydney according to most people who have received their AOR. Not sure if the AOR gives accurate processing office.

    From my experience, you should be able to create a tracker within a week of receiving the AOR. You would also be getting a tracker e-mail from IRCC. All the best.
