Hi Guys, I passed my citizenship test on 04 May 2021. Now in notes, it says application is put on hold as per IMM directions. Any ideas?

Hi, Is web form working as it is not working for me for the last few weeks. Update: It started working in IE but did not working in chrome browser.

I passed the knowledge test on May 04 from Calgary office. Since then nothing updated. File is placed on hold in GCMS notes. Very frustrating and long wait::(

How long it has been since you passed your knowledge test

It takes about 1 month. May take a little longer due to COVID

It is in the Notes section that application is non-routine Page number will differ for everybody Both hold and non-routine are in GSMS notes section Why was it placed on hold, i wish, I was the case officer, nothing mention of why it is placed on hold. :)

I am not sure what that means but it is written in notes that application is non-routine and location is Louise Truck - remote and primary office is Calgary

Yes, it says in the notes section that application is placed on hold and also whether it is routine or non-routine application in the notes as well

I am going to send a web form to ask why the application is put on hold

it says test is passed but other three not started yet but in progress IRCC call center says everything is good and office will contact me with next steps once they are ready

in Jan 2020 they received it

Also, in notes on 20 April, it says this application has been scheduled for a virtual citizenship Event. Event information can be viewed in Events tab. but in the most recent notes, they put it on hold.
