My passport was delivered to VFS on 5th dec and to ircc on 7th Dec. Today I received sms and email notification that the decision envelope has veen dispatched from the IRCC office. But no updates yet on the GC portal

I submitted my passports through courier service and I received call from VFS after two days. I missed it and they haven't called again. Has anyone else received call? If yes, why do they call? I just hope they don't return the passport.
