My status on BLS is showing "Passport ready For Collection after OCI stamping" even though I paid for courier delivery. What gives? nerd.

Thanks. When I check using that it just says "No such record found". Maybe it takes a couple of weeks to start tracking.

So I finally submitted the OCI application by postal to BLS Brampton. Status check on BLS website shows "Processing at Consulate General". Now trying to check progress at ociservices.gov.in It is asking for a "File reference number". Anyone has any idea where I can find that? thanks! nerd.
