I think you have issue with photo my cousin got approval her pr card in 13 days E-Copr on 27 April she got email GC key pr card mail Hopefully she get it next week

size the matter Your photo should be under 4 mb and no dark background or t-shirt You need go to professional studio I did mine cuz like you London drugs took my money for no reason if you didn’t give them actual photo it will delay your PR card

did you check your portal yet It says close or review with IRCc if it’s close it mean you should get any day if says review with IRCc then it’s pictured problem where did you get your picture Did he wear dark shirt or something
