    I called them today and yea i am the sponsor..this is the number ‭1 (888) 242-2100‬ and when they give u option to select just press 2 then 1 and then 0.. call them at 9:00am

    I called cic today and they said they are reviewing all the documents if everything is complete or not then they will send the file number but i got the temporary file number but you cant link it. Its just for reference i guess
