Finally status got changed and received my PCC today. Applied on Oct 6th, pcc clear on Oct 21st, purolator picked up on Nov 16th. Delivered Nov 17th. uploaded on gic account. all the best to everyone.

Just received an email from IRCC that they have received my explanation letter to grant more time to provide PPC and it will be added to my application. Finally something to relax, fingers crossed. Although still waiting for my PCC to be received from CGI.
