    Thank you for the reply. Let say if we have a 30 days less than 730 days , shall we stay 30 days more after the PR card expiry date and apply for a PR card renewal when we complete 730 days ? Will they accept in this case ?

    TAX Filing for PR Stayed Outside first 3 Years

    HI I have got my PR in Aug 2015 and i landed as a First Time PR in Aug 2015 and stayed for a week and left. Now this year i came to Canada to live permanently. Do i need to file the tax on the 3 years i was out side (2016,2017,2018 )? Can anyone share the experience or guide me on this ?
