    i do not think you need to update IRCC. When you applied, you only have photo id, and what happens afterwards does not matter.

    you should only enter the travel in the last five year period and when you have valid status in Canada. You entered Canada 2022, and stay in Canada since then. In 2021 you do not have a status in Canada, they do not care where you go.
