Same issue here. it seems every month they have an issue.

Same here :) however, I applied before @amitaf26 by some days but we have the same timeline response from IRCC in biometrics and eligibility. I guess they update all applications by region simultaneously and the difference in processing time only in the VAC response after the decision.
