They will ask many questions about wither you actually "intend to reside in Canada".. Don't worry, just tell them YES. This question is actually illegal and "intention to reside" is no longer required. As long as you meet residency requirements, you should be fine.

Could you clarify.. Did they allow you to take oath OUTSIDE Canada?

Accept their offer to forward to registrar. If you are lucky, they will approve it and it will save you all the hassle. If they don't, they will reschedule you for later and you can come back at ease. You don't seem to be in a hurry for citizenship

After 48 months, just got decision made yesterday. Scarborough. How long does it take for cermony letter? Do they send it via email? Can I do oath outside Canada?

Hello everyone After 48 months processing time (April 2019 applicant), I got decision made today! Scarborough office. Questions: 1) This means application is approved, right? 2) How long it usually takes from decision to oath letter 3) Can I take the oath outside Canada?

MPs contacted. No answer.

Vancouver folks are benign. This doesn't happen in Scarborough. 45 months and counting.
