    never worked in any gvt related jobs or did any of the things that can trigger the security screening. except one time I was rejected a visa for a missing document which I have corrected. All marked as no concern. Yet stuck in this since October 2024, security screening alone is 1 year already

    Thanks a lot for your help. There seems to be quite a bit of confusion about work permits and outland family class sponsorships. Some sources say it’s not possible, while others say it is. I’ll go ahead and try applying to see how it works out.
