Do not do that until they ask for it...they have 2 options: 1. They would send a mail if everything looks fine asking "would you be able to enter canada before the expiry of your medicals" 2. They would ask for remedicals and once the status changed in you account as passed you will receive PPR...

Hi Friends, Yesterday received Information Letter stating to do re-medicals as it should be min 3 months validity before final approval :( also they mentioned in the information letter will send separate mail withing 48 hours with the details :(

Yesterday I received acknowledgment mail after 11days and noticed at 1.30 IST when I logged in said Applicant/Updated something on my status, but this morning its showing same as before ( your action is required) :( I feel some movement on all our files

I doubt NOT, but to receive acknowledgment it may take 10 days. For me it took 11 days to get the acknowledgment mail. So believe you may have to wait at moment.
