To best of my knowledge, this is injustice. As long as the school that gave you admission didn't request IELTS from you. No IRCC officer or agent has the Authority to request such. Unfortunately you can only seek redress if can hire a lawyer in Canada.

It isn't even necessary you update them with such information since they didn't ask for it. If the information in the receipt you sent them through the Web form is the same with what you have in the document you have sent earlier. You don't need to resubmit anything. The agent clearly doesn't...
