Thank you. Earlier this year my meds were extended for an extra year, only when I brought it to their attention that they were about to expire.

LONDON Visa Office Applicants....Lets connect here

I'm not 100% sure if it's solely because of my travel history but it's a safe guess because: 1. My friend whose application is (figuratively) a copy-paste of mine and same AOR got his PPR within 6 months. Only difference is he didn't travel as much. 2. I got a request for Additional Document...

LONDON Visa Office Applicants....Lets connect here

I believe travel history plays a role. My travel history is quite extensive and I've been stuck in SS since February this year. Every time I email LVO asking for a status update they keep saying background checks are in progress...

Hello. I'm pretty much on the same boat as you. Been stuck on SS for ages. I ordered CSIS notes mid-August. The reply from CSIS came within a few days saying the SS is still ongoing and they cannot release any information until the SS is finished. So I would not recommend wasting your money on...

Man, get the notes. I'm usually very picky about who has access to my information, but I got the notes and they were quite helpful as to what is happening with my application. https://www.getgcms.com/order-now

Start sending daily journal / diary emails to them, something like: Day 533: Today I had a swiss cheese burger for lunch. It was nice. Still waiting for my PPR though. Day 534: Today I set a new personal best record on Angry Birds. Still waiting for my PPR though. Day 535: My neighbor's cat...

Man, no application should take that long. I'd bombard them with daily emails if I were you.

Egyptian Citizens inland and outland, let's Connect here

The average processing time for London VO is 8 months. Unluckily for me they're doing security screening. Absolutely no clue of when this process will end and every time I ask London VO (LVO) they say it could take months. What seems to trigger a security screening is a lot of travel history...

Like Maged said, can be any. Usually London as a primary, Riyadh as secondary. Abu Dhabi is the fastest. A friend of mine got his PPR in about 4 months. I'm with London, they're the slowest of all visa offices. My AOR is 29-Jun-17. Good luck.
