we have the same situation. When we received the email for SA it says there I need to submit Sched A but there are no request on my gckey and I don't know how will I send it.

Hi! Newbie here! I made a very stupid mistake sa forms. D ko napansin na hndi ko nasulat ng buo yung sa may address section. instead of STREET nilagay ko ST. I just realized it now nung nasubmit na namin un papers. :( nakalagay pa man din not to use abbreviations.

I made a mistake in filling out some of the forms. I overlook the address section. I put ST. instead on Street and it says that we cannot put abbreviations. We already sent our application and now I'm worried they will send it back to us. :(
