I have been on Decision Made status since Nov 2019 :( I've contacted them through the webform a couple of times for the last few months but they just reply to me that they have verified and confirmed that all the required documents have been received and that my application is still in progress...

I emailed IRCC but they simple replied that processing times are longer than usual because of COVID.
