I got my PPR request on 1st June. You need to follow instruction on PPR letter and raise a request with VFS for passport pick up. I never opted for premium lounge facility. Since u hav opted for lounge facility, u will hav to pay only 1 way courier charges instead of 2 way courier charges!

Same here, no response from IRCC even after raising multiple webforms. Dropped a mail to CPC Ottawa yesterday.

Will be neck to neck. PCC took 2 weeks for me.

In the Same boat. Trying to add my newborn, no response despite multiple webforms. Received ADRs and remed request for me and my spouse now.

Where do I need to submit the documents, there is no placeholder for the dependant? Also, I never received the list of required documents from IRCC.
