    24KB?! That must be super low res. The ideal file size is 240KB.

    Approximately, It will be opened (charged) after a month from the day they receive it. 10 days later it will be processed. 2-3 days later PCC will be mailed out and you will receive it after 1-2 weeks.

    The photo just needs to meet the IRCC specifications. It does not matter how or where you get it taken. But mind well that if your application goes to further stages then you will need to send a physical photo.

    By options I think he means you should submit proof of PCC application with your PR application and when you receive your PCC then upload that later.

    The points you can get for a job offer have changed. You can now get: A. 200 CRS points for all NOC 00 jobs with a valid job offer B. 50 CRS points for any other NOC 0, A and B jobs with a valid job offer

    It is kind of lame when they say 'date of ITA or eAPR', considering the fact that these two dates can be 90 days apart.
