Whether you are in Canada or not determines where you send your information, which is dictated in the email. I am from a visa exempt country and so I only needed to send a photocopy. As per the email, visa-required need to send their passport.

It’s generic. I got the same response three times. It turns out they never had my second set of X-rays, so no they did not have everything they needed. Could be good for your situation. Only my GCMS notes confirmed that there was an issue.
