    You've to choose foreign national as we are not yet permanent resident. You become permanent resident the moment you receive your EOCPR after P2.

    April 24th 2023, still nothing after eligibility letter in August 22th 2024. Security shows not started. Ircc secure account shows nothing too. Applied and lives in Ontario. Mississauga Centre @star 55: we have almost same timeline.
