    If you're bringing more than $10,000 you'll need to declare at the airport. Regarding putting that money in the bag or with you. You may keep that money in the checked in baggage, or hand carry, or wallet or socks or anywhere. I am not sure if there is any such rule regarding it.

    I doubt you'd qualify for a bank loan as you wouldn't have any credit history like someone mentioned above. You should think about earning a scholarship instead. If you do well you'll probably qualify for scholarship. You may also work on campus in the beginning and save up money for tuition.
