    true that while PR for spouse is in process, the canadian sponsor must not leave canada .... but the sponsor can leave for a short term ..... say a vacation for few weeks...... if the sponsor is canadian citizen, then there is no issue...

    from what i have seen in the various posts in forums, usually when they update the e-cas with medical result received, the PPr follows shortly.... however not all cases get this update of medicals before the PPR...... so i think you should get the PPR shortly now..... all the best ....... and...
