Hello, I need help figuring out what's wrong with my online application. Submitted 3 weeks ago, then I got this email from IRCC, saying that the ID I submitted is missing or not ok (it's not clear in the message what exactly is wrong with my ID)? but I've checked many times that I've uploaded...

I got the same update for my parents visitor visa application today. Nothing more at this moment.

Update: 2018-06-12 PPR 2018-06-23 Passport sent via Fedex from USA 2018-06-25 Passport delivered 2018-06-27 CIC updated - approved 2018-06-29 Fedex return tracker activated at 3:11PM Ottawa Time 2018-06-30 Passport and COPR received

2018-06-12 PPR 2018-06-23 Passport sent via Fedex from USA 2018-06-25 Passport delivered 2018-06-27 CIC updated - approved I called CIC today, the agent told me the passport should be sent out today, but I haven't seen my tracker activated yet.. Hope it will happen soon.

Btw, do you remember if your COPR letter is with your old or new passport number? I saw some ppl who got new passport but have old passport number on their COPR. I wonder if that will cause a problem for landing.

Thank you for the information! I did exactly what you did for the return envelope. I put the three return shipping labels into the pouch on the Fedex return envelope, and the two copies of commercial invoice separated and not in the pouch and put a sticker on it to let CIC staff sign and put...

Thank you Lazy! Actually my passport and medical expire almost the same time, medical a few days later than the old passport expiration. And I just sent out the passport and included a copy of the old passport. Hope that'll work. :)

That's helpful! I don't know if the COPR has been generated or not, I just got PPR and my passport is in renew process(will get it next week). I heard people saying that when receiving PPR email, COPR has already been generated as well.. but sounds like it works either way :)
