Unlikely a private lender or a mortgage broker would be able to get you double the amount of what the bank preapproved you for. It's best to pay off/sell the car and requalify for a higher mortgage.- mortgages.by.geoff

Which bank for mortgage?
It's best to contact a mortgage broker who will work on your behalf. Branch mortgage agents work for the banks, they will not have your best interest in mind.- mortgages.by.geoff
