What’s the best way for a hotel to streamline gift voucher sales without increasing staff workload?
I’m hoping someone here can save my sanity. I manage a small boutique hotel, and our gift vouchers are becoming a legit headache. Guests love them (great problem to have), but my tiny team is drowning in emails, manual printing, chasing payments… the whole circus. I don’t want to dump even more...- mono-tone
