hello guys, I applied for student visa before a month and still waiting, if i didnt make it to canada before 9 September, the college will refund me and i'll not be able to attend the class. My question, can I use the visa to attend any other courses?

I applied before and got rejected because i missed to upload the letter of explanation. but first time the office which processed my application was in Ankara. I didn't receive this email first time. This time I fixed my application, and submit it. then i got this email...thats why i'm asking :)
