I am in the same situation like you. BCPNP I submitted my application 31/8. Then they asked me to submit more documentation in 2019. No update since then.

Hello there Recently the CiC asked me to pay biometric fees for my wife and I paid the fees and I sent them the receipt but I haven’t received the instructions letter for the biometric yet. Do you know how long it takes to get the instructions letter?? thanks
